Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps people identify and change unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours. By learning practical skills to challenge negative thinking patterns and develop healthier coping strategies, CBT supports individuals in reducing distress and improving their emotional wellbeing.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is a mindfulness-based approach that helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of avoiding them. By clarifying personal values and committing to meaningful action, ACT supports individuals in building psychological flexibility and living a more fulfilling life.
Solution-Focused Therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy is a brief, goal-oriented approach that helps individuals identify their strengths and resources to build practical solutions. Rather than focusing on problems or past difficulties, it emphasises what is working well and how to create positive change in the present and future.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative, person-centred approach that helps individuals explore and resolve ambivalence about change. Through empathetic listening and guided conversations, it strengthens a person’s own motivation and commitment to making positive behavioural changes.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
DBT is a therapy that combines cognitive and behavioural techniques with mindfulness practices. It helps people build skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, tolerate distress, and develop greater self-acceptance. DBT is especially effective for individuals who experience emotional dysregulation or struggle with self-destructive behaviours.
Schema Therapy
Schema Therapy is an integrative approach that helps people identify and change deeply held patterns or “schemas” that develop early in life and continue to shape thoughts, feelings, and relationships. By combining cognitive, behavioural, and experiential techniques, Schema Therapy supports healing of longstanding emotional difficulties and promotes healthier ways of relating to oneself and others.
Exposure Therapy
Schema Therapy is an integrative approach that helps people identify and change deeply held patterns or “schemas” that develop early in life and continue to shape thoughts, feelings, and relationships. By combining cognitive, behavioural, and experiential techniques, Schema Therapy supports healing of longstanding emotional difficulties and promotes healthier ways of relating to oneself and others.

A range of workshops are offered to schools, more specifically high school students and their parents, covering important topics such as social media use, technology habits, and the impact of pornography. These workshops are designed to provide practical strategies, education, and support to help young people and families navigate the challenges of the digital world.
Additionally, workshops can be tailored to address specific problems or concerns that parents or teenagers may be experiencing, ensuring that content is relevant and responsive to the ever changing and unique needs that each school may have.
